Bassmead Manor Barns in Cambridgeshire is a truly romantic setting for your special day. With a fusion of historic features and contemporary style, the barns provide a stunning wedding venue.
A favourite of ours for many years - one of our team worked here in the weddings team for a while. Bassmead has it all. A lovely location in stunning countryside, accommodation, a large room for brides to get ready in, a stunning barn for the ceremony and a light and contemporary room for the wedding breakfast.
The 300-year-old Rickety Barn hosts your ceremony – honesty truly lovely. With original solid oak beams, wooden floors and wrought-iron chandeliers, it boasts an aura of serenity and romance, the ambience highlighted by twinkling fairy lights.
The Grange is used for the wedding breakfasts. It is contemporary and flooded with natural light, this spectacular space enjoys views across the gardens and moat. A neutral colour scheme gives you the opportunity to impart your own style, its elegant simplicity needing little other than some beautiful wedding flowers to bring the outside in.
